To make a claim, the buyer must provide a written diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian within 7 days of discovering the condition and notify Samantha & Brooks Canines within 48 hours of that diagnosis. If a covered condition is confirmed, Samantha & Brooks Canines will provide a replacement puppy of equal value. This guarantee is extended to the original buyer only and is non-transferable.
