"The entire process was very well organized. There was excellent communication from the beginning to end. The delivery of the puppy went very smoothly. The only thing that could have been improved was having an access to FaceTime or link to be able to interact with the puppy."
"Our little Rosie arrived safely and earlier than expected. The delivery drivers were very kind and caring. She is a full furball of energy. Upon introduction to our dogs, who are older, she submitted on her own. She lowered her head, rolled over to allow them to sniff her. It took her a bit to settle in from the long journey, but within the first four hours she had a bath, drank water, ate and went to the bathroom. She attached herself to my son within minutes. And she is already Princess of the house. She is so sweet, loving and affectionate."
"Excellent. Great communication and I love my puppy."
"The process was super easy & everything was explained very well. I have a new puppy & he’s happy & healthy & loved!"
"Very professional, great communication and seamless recovery. I highly recommend"
