"We bought our (very overpriced) puppy from Samantha And Brooks Canines and we picked her up from the airport exactly 2 weeks later. The process of purchasing her was great. Our Puppy Concierge, Jordan, was kind, helpful and was able to answer all of my questions in detail and I felt confident in his answers. Jordan let me know we wouldn’t receive much communication until the travel arrangements were ready. I didn’t love that as I would have liked some updated photos or updates in general, but the chat option on the app always let me chat with a live person. The chat representatives don’t have much information either but they were nice. I got my puppy’s flight information exactly one week prior and it was lucky that I could take work off that day to pick her up. You need to make sure you’re able to clear your schedule if necessary to pick up the puppy because the flight is booked without any prior conversation. Picking up my puppy was easy and she arrived alert, healthy, playful and obviously well fed and taken care of. I received all of her paperwork and was happy to see she was up to date on all shots, health checks, etc. She acclimated quickly to our home, is potty training like a champ and has been the best addition to our family! I probably wouldn’t repeat this experience again simply due to the price but unfortunately, if you have a specific breed in mind, I believe this is probably one of the best ways to go."
