This guarantee does not cover conditions resulting from improper diet, injury, lack of veterinary care, or failure to follow the recommended vaccination and wellness schedule after placement. It is also contingent on the buyer scheduling a veterinary wellness exam within 72 hours of taking possession of the puppy. To make a claim, the buyer must provide a written diagnosis from a licensed veterinarian within 7 days of discovering the condition and notify Samantha & Brooks Canines within 48 hours of that diagnosis. If a covered condition is confirmed, Samantha & Brooks Canines will provide a replacement puppy of equal value. This guarantee is extended to the original buyer only and is non-transferable.
